I also offer support for women and couples who are trying to conceive naturally, or through IVF and pregnancy using acupuncture for fertility.

When you become pregnant, I use acupuncture for all those pregnancy related symptoms that may arise such as; nausea, heartburn, water retention etc.  

Shiatsu offers wonderful, nurturing, hands on support in the second and third trimesters as your posture changes and your bump gets bigger.  You may also benefit from taking part in a Shiatsu workshop where I teach couples Shiatsu for birth preparation and labour.
