In my clinics, I aim to help you take time out from your busy life to listen to you and allow you space to replenish, nourish and heal.
Whether you have neck pain, shoulder or back pain, headaches and migraine, stress, depression and anxiety, I can assist you to better health using a unique combination of Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Sports massage and Therapeutic (Swedish) massage wherever appropriate that suits you as an individual.
I also offer support for women and couples who are trying to conceive naturally, or through IVF and pregnancy using acupuncture for fertility. When you become pregnant, I use acupuncture for all those pregnancy related symptoms that may arise such as; nausea, heartburn, water retention etc. Shiatsu offers wonderful, nurturing, hands on support in the second and third trimesters as your posture changes and your bump gets bigger. You may also benefit from taking part in a Shiatsu workshop where I teach couples Shiatsu for birth preparation and labour.
I offer a friendly, professional service at Balance Natural Health Clinic in Chapel Allerton situated in North Leeds, West Yorkshire and also at Farfield House Osteopathy Clinic, Keighley, West Yorkshire. Both clinics are comfortable, calm and supportive, and are within easy reach by car or public transport. I am a registered member of the British Acupuncture Council and the Shiatsu Society UK and have been practising in Leeds since 2001.
