Maria is a fully qualified acupuncturist graduating from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture (LCTA) in 2003. After graduating with a Bsc(Hons), Maria worked for a short time in the Hangzhou Hospital, China.
She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and the Acupuncture Fertility Network (AFN). Maria sees many people with a wide variety of conditions and specialises in gynaecological disorders including infertility, pregnancy and pre-birth acupuncture plus advising on acupressure in labour.
She continues to advance her skills by attending post graduate training including Advanced Needling Skills course and in 2015, she attended a course with world famous Dr Tan, learning his Balancing Method and is now seeing the benefits when treating pain.
